 Codeville attaches great importance to the protection of privacy and processes the personal data provided to it with due care. Personal data are data which allow Codeville to identify a person as such. Codeville hereby informs you of the personal data that it processes

 Codeville reserves the right to modify this privacy statement without individual notice. Such changes will be announced on the Website each time.

In that case, Codeville undertakes to select a Processor that provides sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures in such a manner that the processing will meet the requirements of the GDPR and ensure the protection of the rights of the Data Subject.

6. Retention of personal data

 

Codeville processes and stores your personal data for as long as is necessary in function of the purposes of the processing. 

 

Legal retention periods have been established for certain personal data. Where appropriate, we retain personal data in accordance with these legal retention periods. 

 

Personal data processed in the context of a contractual relationship will be retained for a period of 10 years from the end of the contractual relationship.

For all other purposes, the retention period is 2 years.
